Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante, dans un immeuble plancher bois, le bruit de pas des locataires du haut peut être dérangeant.

On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Kerauter's cottage is an old farmhouse renovated in 2017. It is located in the countryside, less than 5 km from Lake Guerlédan, in a very quiet hamlet. The accommodation is independent and very well equipped, especially with its covered terrace. The place is great to relax, walk, run, unwind. For hiking, horseback riding, trail running, mountain biking, we will inform you so that you can enjoy all the resources of the Brittany Center.

1 km from the Nantes to Brest canal, 1 km from the Guerlédan dam and 1 km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a farmhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, trailers or hikers, in pairs or solo. Many hiking trails, mountain bike trails and water activities nearby. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.
