Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

We had a lovely stay at Julien’s! He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean, well designed and equipped. Love the attention to detail. Perfect for our group of 5. The area it’s located in was equally special. Great for vintage shopping, antiques, and thrifting. Easy access to Paris by metro or if you are up for slightly long walk to the 19th arrondissement.

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet – es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist angenehm und ruhig, mit einer U-Bahn-Station ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ich hatte einen Wunderschönen aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war sauber, der Check-In war super einfach und unkompliziert. Véronique war außerdem immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat mir bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Ich würde immer wieder hier zurück kommen. Außerdem war die U-Bahn gut erreichbar und man war sehr schnell in der Stadt.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Our stay was great thanks to Alix and Sabine. They were helpful, welcoming and always available if we had any questions. The home was spotless and we had everything we needed. The location is super convenient: 2 different metro lines were just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the city center or anywhere else in the town. There are also two big supermarkets nearby. I would stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Stade de France besucht! Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen, wenn ich nochmal da bin.

Benjamin's flat is tastfully decorated. Benjamin was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags and collect them later in the evening. I did feel like living in someone elses space though as there were Benjamin's items on the dressing table and side tables so suggest a good place to stay just overnight if you are out duing the days as we were, rather than if you are spenidng time in the apartment itself. Check in is quite late so just be aware as well, though Benjamin is a good host and kindly did accomodate my mum who arrived an hour earlier.

Séjour court pour le travail, le studio est parfait pour quelques nuits car très bien équipé et très confortable. Rien ne manque ! J’ai apprécié l’arrivée autonome et la propreté du logement. Vraiment parfait !

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Definitivamente es un lugar que vale mucho la pena quedarse, aunque puede parecer pequeño, la organización de las cosas lo hacen verdaderamente y la cantidad de cosas que puede encontrar en el alojamiento, me encantó!!! Definitivamente volvería!!!

great stay with gaelle!! awesome place in a great part of town. 5 minute walk to the metro station that can get you into the city center within 25 minutes! The place was a bit cluttered but everything was tucked away nicely. gaelle is also such a sweetie and was a pleasure at communicating!!

Nossa estadia de uma semana em Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine foi simplesmente fantástica. O apartamento é, sem dúvida, um achado em Paris: muito novo, confortável, moderno e, além disso, conta com uma garagem — o que foi essencial para nós, pois tínhamos a intenção de explorar os arredores de Paris, especialmente os castelos (châteaux). O imóvel está situado em uma região de construções recentes, bastante agradável e funcional. Há dois pequenos mercados próximos que atendem perfeitamente às necessidades de uma estadia como a nossa. Em poucos minutos, também tínhamos acesso à linha 14 do metrô, que leva à estação Châtelet em cerca de 20 minutos. Enfim, recomendamos vivamente o apartamento e a estadia com a anfitriã Fanny. Essa experiência reacendeu em nós a antiga paixão que temos por esta cidade tão especial.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Serge. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes et la communication avec Serge était facile et agréable + quelques bonnes recommandations de resto dans le coin. À 5 min du métro et 2 min du bus. Parfait

Es un departamento pequeño pero muy bonito, es como si estuvieras viviendo realmente en Paris. Solo que no lo recomiendo para más de dos personas en verdad es pequeño para quienes vivimos en el continente americano.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

Very nice and friendly hosts. It was also very easy to move around Paris thanks to the location of the apartment. Moreover, there were a lot of services nearby (shops, fast food restaurants, chemists...). The hosts were very helpful at the check-in and great people overall. Finally, it was a great apartment, fully equipped and perfect for 4 people (we definetely enjoyed the terrace).

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

We have just stayed with Jean-Charles & his lovely family and they could not have been more accommodating. Clean, comfortable and excellent location for seeing all the sites. The Garibaldi metro is 10 minute easy walk from the apartment and a local Lidl 5 mins. We caught an Uber from CDG to the Apt and it was just under €25 (took 40 mins approx. heavy traffic) but went by RER for the return journey from Gare du Nord at €13 adult one way. A Navigo card for transport is essential and easy to use. Just buy one from the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We (3 females) arrived back late one night from the centre and felt quite safe walking from the metro to the apt at midnight. Plus now that we realise that the apartment is so close to the Stade du France we hope to be back for the rugby. Thank you Jean-Charles & family for a wonderful time in Paris.
