Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Prix

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Really loved the style of Ana’s place. Lots of character and very roomy, was great for my family. Ana herself was really kind and communicative when we needed help. Would definitely recommend.

Pierre welcomed us and took the time to show us around. A gift was waiting for us on arrival, and it was very much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marc’s beautiful guest house. It was the perfect spot for us—clean and well appointed, lovely little pool, private and peaceful, and also close to the charming town of Senlis. Marc was a gracious and generous host, quick to respond. We hope to have the opportunity to return someday soon!

We had a very enjoyable stay. During the day, we were in Paris, which is easily accessible by public transport. A little tip, the description PADO for the N line means you are in Montparnasse in just two stops. If it gets later in the evening, you can also get back easily with Uber. The accommodation offered everything we needed (and more). Especially for small children, there is a high chair, a bathtub, and even a small plastic toilet and of course a bed. In our week it was very hot outside, the beautiful old house stays pleasantly cool when you darken it during the day. Catherine was an extremely lovely hostess and took great care of us. I would come back :)

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Very nice, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood close to transit lines and the Eiffel Tower. Augustin and Allan were communicative, friendly, and helpful. The Wifi had an outage and did not work for most of our stay, unfortunately, but Augustin / Allan were very proactive in trying to help and find a solution. Would recommend this stay!

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre with its numerous stairs, we came back fitter.

JHouse is a lovely mix of modern comfort in a vintage building. Love the neighborhood and would happily return here. Johnny was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay. The apartment is in a perfect location in Paris and close to all the major attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself was beautiful and the local street is safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The stay with Laurence was great! It is a nice private apartment with a huge nice garden to sit in. Laurence has thought of everything, everything you could possibly need is there! She also arranged access to the palace in Chantilly for us, very nice! The parking space is with carport and is safe, the garden and parking are enclosed with a fence. Laurence and her daughter gave good tips and are very friendly, also speak fluent English. Various tasty surprises await you upon arrival! We will definitely come back! It's worth 6 stars!

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

Amazing place, very well equipped, good beds, modern kitchen and nice host, quick to answer

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Beautiful house in which 3 generations have spent excellent moments. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and magical (better than in the photos). The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and very clean. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Esther and Daniel.
