Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes

This is one of the best appartement I’ve stayed in France and I have stayed at a lot. This was my second time staying at Yves et Annick’s place.. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The host are kind and good people. I recommend.

We loved our stay at Géraldine’s apartment. She welcomed us personally and left welcome milk and sweets. The beds were comfortable, everywhere was so clean and the walk- in shower was excellent. It was perfect for Disneyland - being just one train stop away! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment is clean, small, cozy and beautiful. The subway is very close and 1 stop from Disney. The hosts respond very quickly and were very kind with my check-in.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

The host is available at all times, leaving a small gift on our arrival. The accommodation is impeccable and very warm! Close to Disneyland, nice little restaurants and so on! We had a great stay here, we recommend it!! 😉

Wonderful stay not far from Disney, was walkable, but also easy to do with the metro. The garden outside was also perfect, also for the children. Many restaurants, shops in the nice area. Very worthwhile and recommended.

Thank you! :) Clean apartment which is perfect for 2 adults with 1-2 kids. Area is quiet. Short walk to Val d Europe station. Cafeterias, restaurants and supermarket are close to apartment. Perfect location for Disneyland visit and you can see fireworks from the balcony.

Perfect for our family

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

The house is very pleasant, warm in the middle of winter and perfectly equipped. When leaving, beautiful walks along the Marne. Great weekend with family.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. Because of that, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thanks Audrey :-)

Very clean accommodation. Perfect accessibility. Recommended without a problem.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to the city center. We had a very nice time.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's apartment. The view is absolutely stunning, with Sacré-Coeur just steps away - it really doesn't get more picturesque than this. The location is perfect for exploring Montmartre, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
