Monthly Rentals in Sambuca

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

I’m thinking how to write a ‚serious’ review, but our experience was totally surprising…it felt to us like our fav auntie & uncle lent us their apartment for 4 days :-). We felt so relaxed, looked after and like we are part of the place. Hard to explain. It wasn’t official. It was polite, loving and carrying experience- like no other. We highly recommend 🇮🇹❤️. Vanessa’s place was great! Exactly as described and beautiful, peaceful area. We enjoyed our time and it was conveniently located for exploring Tuscany. Would stay again!

Staying at Pepe House was amazing. Martina welcomed us warmly, just like a true Italian family would. The house is simple, yet cozy and spacious, everything was very clean and well organized. The garden right in front is full of plants and flowers, with a beautiful view of vineyards and olive groves. Just 5 minutes away by car, there’s a supermarket with everything you need. The location is great, close to Florence, San Gimignano, and Siena, as well as many wineries and wonderful restaurants. The only downside is the internet, it’s weak and doesn’t reach all rooms. Even where there is signal, it’s quite slow, so don’t rely on streaming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.
