Holiday rentals with a home cinema in San Diego

Julia’s place was everything we hoped for and more—exactly as described and just as beautiful as the photos. We came to San Diego to run the Rock and Roll Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Being within walking distance to the start line made race day smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids felt right at home the moment we arrived, and they especially loved the projector—it made movie nights feel just like being at the theater. Nestled in a lively neighborhood near Balboa Park and a great selection of restaurants, this stay truly made our marathon weekend unforgettable.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for one night to celebrate his birthday and we wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is so beautiful! Diego’s beachfront condo with ocean views was amazing! Checking in and parking was easy. The luggage carts by the elevators was convenient. Everything was walking distance. We walked to a beachfront restaurant for dinner and it was great! The condo was great! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

What a beautiful property! Highly recommend it. Worth every penny. Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. This is the place to stay if you want a very short walk to all the action of Gaslamp, but not all the noise that comes with staying right in the center of Gaslamp. Also a very short walk to the convention center. Great spot! Thanks Mohammed!

We had a great stay at Tatiana’s! We were a group in town for a conference at the Comvention center and it was the perfect location! We were able to walk to most activities and restaurants in the area! We also made a great day of the Padres Baseball game! The building felt safe in the city and the accommodations were everything we anticipated! I would recommend her place to anyone!

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

This was a great Airbnb with so many amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub area and the ping pong tables. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or grilling areas, they were really nice! It was very convenient to have 2 parking spots in the garage, which were close to the elevator. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed leisurely mornings on the balcony. James was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions we had. This Airbnb is in a quiet area and very centrally located to all of the San Diego area attraction!! We visit our son a few times a year and I’m sure we will be back in the future!

I've made three trips to San Diego in the past year. I stayed in two different airbns; one being this one, one downtown, and one upscale hotel, 7th floor bayside downtown. This was my favorite spot by far. Even if your business or pleasure is downtown (we do Padres), the uber fares or car rental is worth it to stay out in El Cajon at this spot. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. The hill view, quiet, and night and morning sounds are great. Nice view of the city lights. Almost too many areas/seating spots in the house to decide where to have your coffee or your drink. Neighbors waved, hot tub maintenance knocked on the door to check in, etc. The only issue was uber/delivery having trouble finding the house because there is a road that was likely once open but is now private, so they go to the wrong spot. I loved it here.

Best airbnb I have ever been to, they have everything I needed for a short vacation stay. You really only need clothes 😂

Went out of a weekend getaway from the desert heat with my girlfriend and our friends. Waking up in the morning to a beautiful view with nice fresh climate was great. The surrounds allow for a relaxing vacation as it’s nice and quiet. As to our host Liliya was amazing. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly! We had an issue and when texted her she replied right away and came to help us. Her response time was perfect her attitude was great! I will recommend this to anyone that wants a nice quiet weekend away. As it has a breathtaking view and the host is lovely!

We had a fantastic stay—we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area was wonderful. Patrick and Sara were great hosts. We would love to come back to stay when we visit the area!

We absolutely loved this place!! It’s was spotless clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood (perfect for a family), and on top of it all, my kiddo loved the free snacks. The whole experience felt like a hotel, but obviously more spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back and recommend!

Grant: the house was fabulous! My only regret is that we couldn’t have shared it with others! It was the perfect party house. If we’re ever in San Diego again we’re going to see if this house is available. I’d like to share it with family & friends. And I’d like to explore San Diego further. Nate finished in the top 1% of over 17,000 runners in the Rock & Roll half marathon and it was a blessing that he could come back and chill after the race at such a lovely space! Set in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the little kids to run around. Well stocked kitchen.

Great relaxing place to stay! Lot’s of things to do for families. From the immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages prior to our the stay and checking in… everything was great! The home was very lovely and clean with one exception of the pet odor in the main area. No AC but we appreciated all of the fans and the cool breeze with all windows opened. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend and visit again.

Such a wonderful place! I would definitely stay again. Seems really big compared to other units we’ve stayed in. The balcony faces in and you can really see all the inside garden with a little bit of the ocean.

Our family had a delightful stay. It was a clean apartment in a great location right next to the beach. We’ll be back!

Unit was great. It was clean and comfortable. I wish there were more hooks to hang towels and swimsuits on. Also the hallway leading to the unit had plumbing issues they were repairing. So the hallway stunk pretty bad and it kind of came into the room. But they did have fans on it and the issue should be resolved soon. I would stay in this unit again.

The vacation unit met our needs in every way. A fully outfitted kitchen was a real plus for our family who loves to cook on vacation. Parking was easy & conveniently close to unit. The biggest plus was the location… so close to the beach! What a find!
