The place was very nice and clean. The place was conveniently located. Valeria's communication was excellent. I highly recommend.

We loved our time in Tuscania at the abbey. Our 1st night in the castle turret was truly exceptional-a tough act to follow. Our children roamed the gardens, fed the donkeys, & took dips in the fresh water “pool.” They felt like it was their private castle. The whole property has a serene, magical energy & it was hard to leave.For our 2nd night, we stayed in the Rosemary Room while the turret was prepped for a wedding. The farm stay was charming & comfortable, w/ a beautifully tiled bathroom & small kitchenette. It didn’t have the same level of detail or immersive feel as the castle & felt more removed from the heart of the property, but we still felt very welcome. I’m sure Ippolita would’ve happily provided kitchen basics had we asked, but we were checking out the next day. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was just right-convenient, friendly, & relaxed. Lunch on the patio outside our room was a peaceful treat. We’re so grateful for both experiences. A true fairytale life’s work - Bravo

Thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay here. Conveniently located for Viterbo and the surrounding area. Plenty of space and comfortable. Would recommend Viviana’s place if you’re looking for some where close to Viterbo but quieter.

The house is perfect for two, right in the center. The kitchen has everything you need. New bathroom with plenty of linen. Despite the hot days, the house is airy and cool.
