What a great place and a perfect location for a beach holiday with a city break just half an hour away. Basically 8-10 min walk and you were at a pristine beach (pricy but a free beach available just a few hundred meters further on). Or 10 mins walk and you are at the water-bus station where you can catch several different bus routes to Venice, Murano, Burano, the airport or further. We basically spent the mornings on the beach and the afternoon in Venice visiting all the sights. Sara had left all sorts of tips and guides to help plan the days. We hired bikes and cycled around Lido and sampled the recommended restaurants. The apartment was secure, safe, very clean, minimalistic but had everything we needed. Thank you so much Sara and Mateo we will be visiting again.

We spent some fantastic days at the Lido of Venice at Une's apartment. We were a group of 12 and settled in very well. The apartment is close to the steam stop (10 mins walk), which allows you to move to Venice without a problem. We were looking to be a little far from Venice, in a house that would allow us to have some garden, wider, but which in turn, was well located for transfers to the different excursions we had planned. And Une's house gathers all these features very well. It is true, to put some little criticism, that some bed is already something old and would require a replacement but overall, we have all rested well. Otherwise, Une and Lisa - who welcomed us - were attentive at all times to any need that could arise. In short, Une's house is highly recommended for relatively large groups who want to have a little more space to visit the charming Veneto.

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Had a wonderful stay in Mary's apartment. Felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle but still close to lots of fun restaurants and the beach.
