Your data is shared only with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.
