House holiday rentals in Sandy Springs

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Our stay was very quiet and cozy, Peter was very responsive and timely. We really enjoyed the pool and even though there was a storm that knocked out the lights, he provided lanterns and chargers for our phones. Would definitely use again if we're ever in the area.

I must say, this is an amazing Airbnb. My kids and I loved it! The pool was amazing, the interior was outstanding, I literally had to book an extra night! ☺️ thank you so much for working with us as booking that extra day, it was definitely worth it. Decor was on point. overall, The house was amazing!

Lovely home do not hesitate to book. The host was very helpful and Home looked as displayed our kids felt right at home. The only thing I hate is that we don’t get a chance to utilize the pool, because we stayed during peak season but that something that was displayed before booking. So we most definitely will be back for that experience. Overall 10/10.

We stayed here as our son played baseball At east Cobb. The drive was about 35-40 min, yet so worth the stay here for our family of four. The beds are very comfortable and the space is beautiful and spotless.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Just a heads-up: the driveway is quite steep, so take it slow, especially if you’re arriving at night. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the overall experience was truly five-star. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This home is so beautiful. It sits on a tree-lined street with luscious green all around. The interior is completely remodeled, warm and cozy yet exquisitely modern. The backyard has a fantastic deck, too. The Casita is fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need. We cooked in the kitchen, with more fresh spices than I have at home. The morning coffee was delicious. Lots of yummy nearby restaurants, and an amazing international market, too. Gloria is a super-star host. She responds quickly and is an absolute delight. I highly recommend this gorgeous Casita!

A Perfect Stay for a Special Occasion This home was more than my husband and I could have asked for. We rented it for our party of seven while in Atlanta for our daughter’s graduation. We needed space that offered: 1) privacy for three married couples and our young adult son, 2) room to assemble decorations, and 3) a well-equipped kitchen to prep food and desserts for 80 guests (don’t worry—the event wasn’t held at the house, lol!). This home checked every box. It’s spacious, spotless, and has top-notch appliances and every kitchen tool imaginable. The beds are super comfortable, and the backyard is a relaxing, private oasis. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to the interstate, restaurants, shops—even a post office. Robyn is the best—super responsive and quick to help. We all felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Robyn! It was a pleasure working with you and staying in this beautiful home!

The house is spacious and clean and check in was extremely easy. Although there is a backyard we were too busy to take advantage of it. As many have mentioned there are major interstates/roads close by, but the noise did not disturb us at all while in the house or walking to or from the car. The location made for easy access to and from downtown Atlanta. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great Airbnb and very true to the photos. We loved that they had plenty of towels, blankets, and other supplies (shampoo, conditioners, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels etc). It was very comfortable and the rooms are all nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Location is amazing for Piedmont Hospital - I was able to just walk over there for my hospital stay and my mother was able to walk back and forth easily visiting me. The neighborhood is nice and felt very safe. Communication is top tier. Everything was clearly explained and communications were sent ahead of time. It’s a bit narrow to get your car through the back gate for parking, but very nice to have parking behind the house. There’s also a basketball hoop, which we used with the provided ball!

This place was perfect for my family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the full kitchen made for convenient meals. The house is modern and nicely appointed. The 3rd bathroom was a bonus.

We had a lovely “ home base” for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. We actually live only an hour away, but we are so thankful that we chose to stay close to the wedding venue. The location is perfect for all of the Roswell wedding venues. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the towels were a nice quality, the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals and the patio was inviting! The home is pet friendly, which was a plus for us. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in for Grandsons 1st Birthday and this was a great location. Elaine and Freds home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the back yard covered porch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Eliane and Fred!! We had a wonderful time and your home made the stay even better.

William was an excellent host. The apt is as pictured- lovely woodwork- large kitchen with anything one would need. The master bedroom is large with lots of closet/storage space and very comfy king bed and pillows. Second bedroom nice size as well. Nice bathrooms and good shower. Within walking distance to Marietta Square and restaurants. Great neighborhood to walk in and quiet. William’s yard is spacious- only wish the weather would have allowed us to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were 4 adults and the price split in 4 was quite reasonable. The house was nicely decorated and welcoming. It even has a well tuned piano. :) Everything was very clean, and I mean "spotless clean" including the bathrooms. Two of the beds were king size and the lower bunk bed was at least a double if not a queen size. They were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There is a laundry room and a large quiet backyard with a barbecue area although we didn't get to use these since we only stayed one night. Instructions from the owner were easy to follow. If we should need a place to stay in Marietta in the future, we will definitely request to stay at this house again. It was great! This owner and this house get an A+ from us. 👍

this place was awesome as well just the way it looks in the pictures. That’s exactly how it was. The only thing is is that we needed to bring my nephews to the hospital and we needed to extend our stay the only thing that I wasn’t I didn’t like is thatwe got charged extra fees I didn’t understand why was it we were still getting a fee for Airbnb in taxes again to extend the same Airbnb I was staying in but otherwise it was a great stay the places. Awesome I love love love it there.
