Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sandy Springs

We actually had a reservation a mile away but that host canceled when we were on route. Diego’s not only accommodated a last second reservation but allowed us to check in a hour after it was made. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. Diego was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for places to eat. Definitely a place we will stay again when in the area!!

Widely recommended, it fulfills everything it promises, excellent option.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was super clean and cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was so warm and friendly — even helped me carry my stuff when I was leaving, which was really sweet. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Would totally stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

Claire & Roger were great host! The location was beautiful, and I felt very safe. The room and their home were super clean. The area was very quiet and even though there was another guest in the adjoining room/Jack & Jill situation I never heard them. The door between us was locked and only I had access to the bathroom which was immaculate. Everything about their home felt safe and peaceful and I would love to stay there again if I'm traveling though the area! Thank you again Claire & Roger for allowing me to stay in your home!

This guest house was tucked in an upscale neighborhood right by the city. Multiple food options just minutes away! The yard is a shared space but provides so much privacy making it feel separate. The home in person is just as beautiful as it was in the photos. It was so easy to feel right at home! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus that we used daily!

Overall, the host was responsive and described the place well. The stay was quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

It was cozy like home. It was a bit hard to see from the street because of the trees and the mailbox is covered in vines blocking the numbers. Overall it was great and would stay there again next year.

Our host went out his way to make our stay comfortable at this home. We will definitely book again.

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 2 months and had two people working from home and it was very comfortable. The place was clean and spacious, bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you needed, and WiFi was fast. Big tv too. Derek was great too. Would stay here again.

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

It was nice coming to a home that was clean and ready to go. All of our essentials were provided and it was a comfortable stay. Bryce was very nice and communicated in a timely manner.
