Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Franco was a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our time at his airbnb! The place was cozy, clean, and easy to access, and Franco helped us to feel right at home. Very easy to travel around the area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

An amazing apartment that I would highly recommend. The terrace is beautiful and worth a visit. If you want to be at the heart of the party in a very lively neighborhood, this place is for you. There are several nice bars and delicious restaurants open until late around the apartment. (Noise to be expected) Easy to access and a responsive host, I go back anytime.

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, and arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

A peaceful and beautiful location with the kindest host. We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend the place highly enough. We spent many wonderful hours lounging by the pool and dining on the lovely terrace. Thank you!

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

Fantastic accommodation! It is right in the center of the village, and just 10 minutes from the necropolis. Very characteristic is the lower floor, where there is a perfect reproduction of a famous Etruscan fresco (the original is at the national museum not far away). The house, very clean, has everything you need. The host is super hospitable, and the hospitality is taken care of in every detail. Being a host myself, I will be inspired by many nice surprises we found. Thanks Paola!

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.
