Hosts available, always kind and present even on holidays. The location (San Giovanni in Persiceto) is ideal for visiting Bologna and Modena.

Pietro is one of the kindest AirBnb hosts I have every interacted with. The place was very nice and matched all the descriptions and was the perfect fit for my weekend in Italy. He was extremely kind with picking my roommate and I up from the train station, even though our arrivals were so late in the night. Saving us loads of money for Ubers from the station to the place. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Pietro’s as he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and our weekend would be fully enjoyed.
