La maison est située dans une impasse privée garant de la tranquillité, proche du GR34 et de la forêt domaniale. La maison a été complètement rénovée en 2019, sa terrasse de 60m2 est orientée plein sud pour profiter des premiers et derniers rayons de soleil de la journée avec en fond sonore le doux son des vagues.
