Monthly Rentals in Sarasota

These hosts were AMAZING. Very responsive and kind with any questions, concerns, etc. The location was very central for us and our plans, but would reccomend having a rental car! The home was very nice! Slightly smaller then expected, but had everything advertised on the page! My only gripe was that the bedding and pillows were down feathers, which I am allergic to, and the shower pressure wasn't too strong, so getting all the sand off after the beach was a little struggle. All in all, I would HIGHLY reccomend this air bnb, and I cannot say enough good things about this host. Truly a great vacation spot! Would 100% book again.

Shayla’s spot was a great place to stay for a month long trip with my best friend, her toddler and grandmother. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the location was extremely quiet. The outdoor area was so beautiful and the pool was an amazing feature to have. Everything was very well maintained. Our sofa bed was broken and Shayla did her best to resolve the issue quickly. I would stay there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this unit! It’s in a great location—close to everything—and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was beautiful, with great walking paths and a very safe, welcoming feel. As someone who’s very particular about cleanliness, I was genuinely impressed. This is the first rental I’ve stayed in that truly met my standards. When I arrived, the unit smelled fresh and spotless—I couldn’t find a single issue, which is rare for me! I would absolutely stay here again.

Lloyd was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. The condo was spotless, well-kept, and exactly as advertised. Great location: close to downtown, the marina, Botanical Gardens, and right across from a Publix. The pool area and grounds were clean and quiet. Communication was excellent; Lloyd sent detailed info at every stage, including local recommendations. The leasing process required an extra step due to the complex's policy, but he made it simple and it was super easy. I had zero issues, just walked in and started enjoying my stay. The weather was perfect all April. Competitively priced and a good value. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks Lloyd!
