Holiday rentals with a patio in Sarnico

We had a nice time on site, the accommodation was more than we expected, you had everything you need and within a few minutes you can walk very well to the first restaurants/cafés. Otherwise, you can also drive very quickly to Iseo or Sulzano and from Sulzano there is a ferry directly to the island in the lake! The accommodation was very clean, the only negative was perhaps the metal ladder and the low ceiling to/at the sleeping area, as this felt a little unpleasant to us personally on the feet, as very hard and small rungs. Otherwise, communication with Alessandro was very fast and smooth and on site there is a nice gentleman who can also help you if you have any questions/problems. We would definitely recommend the place!! Thank you for having us!

It was a wonderful stay at CREMA. The space was very clean and perfect. Massimo thought of everything in his home. He's a very good host, kind and friendly. He was always very responsive and immediately helped us when we had a problem with the bikes. Moreover, since bicycles are a major asset, it allowed us to go everywhere in CREMA and its surroundings. I would highly recommend this listing!

The apartment was super clean! A beautiful smell greeted us at the entrance. Everything perfectly thought out and finished with the smallest details. Towels beautifully tied with a ribbon in packages. All the necessary accessories, hotel slippers, etc. Very impressed! Very nice people and a place worth recommending!!!

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This place managed by Francesco is a fairly spacious studio with all the necessary comforts. It's good for a couple with small children, so they're all in the same room. The kitchen had all the necessary accessories and dishes, including the capsules for the nespresso machine and sugar. All amenities were as indicated on the site: sheets, pillows, extra blankets, towels, soap, and body soap, cleaning products, salt, oil, vinegar. Basically it was like in a hotel room, with the possibility of enjoying the kitchen. I only had to provide napkins for the kitchen and a bottle to put the tap water (being drinkable). The house is also equipped with air conditioning and a private garden

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to meet our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

The house where we stayed has great conditions, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super kind, he responded super quickly to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Positive experience, the centrally located accommodation allows you to easily walk to activities in the center of Crema. Convenient parking space inside the courtyard. Comfortable and sufficiently equipped house. We highly recommend taking advantage of it.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

This place has the most stunning view of Lake Como! And to have an apartment with both a balcony and a private yard is pretty rare! It’s a real hike to get up and down between Vareena and Pelerdo but if you’re up for a climb or plan on using a car most of the time, then the location is unbeatable - we had our own little dinner overlooking the lake most nights and loved it

We had a very nice week at Silvia's in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. In capo di Ponte there is not much going on, in the vicinity there are many possibilities to do something. We liked it very much, the peace was good. Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay. Amazing location for the ferry, walking into town, and also the Sentiero del Viandante hike! The hike could be reached by merely continuing to walk higher up the hill! View from the terrace is wonderful. Finally, the host was super kind. Thank you so much for having us!

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

Excellent host with a beautiful property near the airport. He was really accommodating and went above and beyond since I had a baby with me. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay. Thank you again!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

friendly hosts always made sure we had any information needed and made us feel very welcome made sure we knew about the festivities around the place and joined us for the festival that was going on around there. there's lots of shops around a pool and a massage place as well as coffee shops and restaurants. overall our stay could not have been any better.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)
