The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
