I offer for rent a year-round apartment with an area of 52m in the middle of a semi-detached house located in Sasino. The house was commissioned in 2025. The property is equipped with year-round, maintenance-free heating and air conditioning. A terrace, a shed with a fireplace and free parking are available. To Stilo beach approx. 4.5 km away, on the way we pass the Stilo lighthouse. In the immediate vicinity there is a football field, playground, shops, restaurants, church, bike rental, and a riding school.

The houses are spacious, designer, with large windows - created for rest and tranquility. The garden terrace and the hot tub create perfect conditions for outdoor recreation.

Zen Sasino - an oasis of peace by the sea, ideal for those looking for an escape from everyday life. Located in the picturesque Sasin, our cottages are surrounded by nature, exuding a unique charm and providing guests with a homely atmosphere. Fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay: a fireplace with a barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen and two cozy bedrooms. The complex has a sauna and a garden hot tub. For children, we have a playground, board games and telescopes to admire the night sky.

With the youngest in mind, we have prepared a playground so they will not be bored while you relax on the terrace or by the fire. I rent three brand new, comfortable, fragrant wooden houses, fully equipped, air-conditioned with two separate bedrooms upstairs and a living room with a kitchenette downstairs. There is a large, covered terrace where you can lie on a hammock, sit at the table and have a pleasant time. The cottage is prepared for 6 people with the possibility of two extra beds for an additional fee. I cordially invite you to enjoy the fragrant new cottages.
