The house is brand new and in perfect condition. Everything you need is provided. Very clean and tidy, it is equipped with every comfort from the dishwasher to the hairdryer, from the washing machine to the microwave oven and so on. Gianluca proved to be a perfect host from before departure by providing us with useful information to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect stay.

Wonderful house in a spectacular location. Full kitchen, functional, with all possible appliances and above all thoroughly CLEAN. Rooms upstairs overlooking Viareggio, large bathrooms, well-kept furnishings, lots of towels available, all very clean. You can see that it was a house inhabited and well thought out and not arranged/built only for rent. One of the few places I'd be happy to come back.

Silvia and her husband are very friendly and welcoming . The listing is true to the photos . The house is very clean and easily accessible in a very quiet village with grocery store just 100m away. Easy to park. And when it comes to the view from the terrace , it's breathtaking and so relaxing. The bedding is impeccable and household linen is available . Large cities to visit nearby . An outstanding retreat in the mountains above Viareggio. Wonderful is the private garden with breathtaking view over the plain to the sea. The apartment is beautifully decorated, so we felt right at home. Brilliant that there were interesting toys, perfect for our kids from 7-11 years. The view from the apartment is also fantastic. The approach to the house is a bit adventurous the first time, but the second time we quickly got used to it. If you want to have your peace, it is perfect because there are no direct neighbors. The proximity to the sea is magnificent, we stayed at the wonderful beach in Viareggio every day. It is only about 20 min. away. The communication with Enrico was great! He gave us great tips for the area.
