The apartment is wheelchair accessible. It has wide doors and from the parking lot to the terrace everything is spacious. The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Our cozy apartment (approx. 70 square meters) for up to 6 people is located in Ostrhauderfehn, in an old Fehn house. The fantastic property offers plenty of peace and relaxation. The in-house forest invites you to "forest bathing." The vacation rental is located in the front part of the house. The rear part is occupied by the hosts. Leer or Papenburg can be reached quickly. The North Sea or the Netherlands are just around the corner. The surroundings offer many activities or lakes.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility - the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are not too far away either. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining house. Exclusive use.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 2nd floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people on approx. 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyllic place. The farm has a very special soul to discover.

Hello! Welcome to Papenburg, the Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, directly on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation system).

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

A little break in the countryside

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Bright, modern apartment with open living and sleeping area, 2x2 m bed with high-quality mattresses and kitchenette. Through the garden gate you can directly reach a dirt road for walks along the Soeste and over the dyke. A small seating area outside invites you to linger. The apartment is adjacent to the living area of our family – the children or the family dog can be heard outside the night's rest (even in the morning).

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
