I have a holiday apartment of about 80 square meters here. Kitchen and bathroom are ground floor. The other 1st-floor rooms. Next to the entrance, a terrace is available for your own use. Parking on a closed area would also be available. The accommodation is centrally located between the Baltic Sea baths Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. Also, we also have a swimming lake in our place. Shopping facilities are on site.

The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) still offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after due arrangements via a key locker.
