Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.
