Courtyard sided, the apartment is extremely quiet and free from trafic noise. Outline, flooring, tiling and a lot of the furnituring are the product of a three year love project. The massive birchwood flooring gives a feeling of connectedness, its white lye and soap treatment make walking on it soft and soothing and the rooms bright. The light blue and white art nouveau tiling in the bathroom combined with the strong red mosaic shower impress a sunrise feeling on an everyday basis.

An absolute dream at the lake! The house was simply perfect – idyllically located, right on the water, with a breathtaking view of the lake, which you can enjoy from breakfast to sunset. The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and fully equipped – it really lacked nothing. We particularly liked the terrace directly on the shore and the possibility of jumping into the water in the morning or ending the day relaxed with a glass of wine. The hostess was incredibly friendly and attentive – the check-in went smoothly, and we felt welcome from the start. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this house.

You would be hard pressed to find a more spacious apartment so conveniently situated within easy reach of the main attractions and the large shopping centres in Wr. Neustadt. The original design was obviously as a business premises on the ground floor of the apartment block. As such, it has an enormous open plan area which you enter directly from the street. There are two other large rooms leading off this area which are now being used as a dining room and a dressing room. The bedrooms are also a good size and were probably designed originally as consulting or beauty treatment rooms as they have very powerful ceiling lights. The whole apartment has been very tastefully converted by Monika with lovely art work and ornaments. There is additional soft lighting in the lounge and bedrooms. Monika is an excellent Superhost. She answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending her spacious apartment to future visitors to Wr. Neustadt.

Klaus and Suu are really extremely nice and helpful. How to find the tiny home and the check-in worked was already well explained to us in advance. The tiny home itself is as described - tiny. But that was also crucial for our booking, we wanted to look at and test something and it did not disappoint. It is well maintained and lacks nothing. Also a supermarket is near. Clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates a lot of comfort in a small space.

We found this apartment ideal for our stay. Do not be put off by the closeness of the train tracks, the soundproofing is excellent and the trains pass quite slowly so it’s not an issue. We like walking and found it very easy to walk into central Vienna. We also walked from the apartment to our 2-hour boat cruise on the Danube, which we would highly recommend. Other highlights for us were the Spanish horses and a Mozart concert at the Golden Hall. If walking is not your thing, the transport links are fantastic with underground and trams closely located. We will definitely stay here again. Moe was very good at responding to any questions we had.

A true paradise - absolutely recommended! We had a wonderful time in Das Paradieschen! Viktoria was a very warm, helpful and attentive hostess – she even surprised us with small, lovingly selected attentions, which made the stay even more special. The cottage itself is a real dream: very cozy, well equipped and furnished with love. You immediately feel comfortable and can leave everyday life completely behind. The location is simply fantastic - with a magnificent view, surrounded by peace and nature. Ideal for switching off and recharging your batteries. Thank you, dear Viktoria, for this beautiful experience - we will be happy to come back!
