Charming apartment (45 sqm) in historic half-timbered house from 1740 in a central location, about 1 km from Schwerin Castle / old town. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has direct access to a small garden with terrace. The Schweriner See with a public swimming area and a playground is only 100m away and invites you to swim in summer. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. The overnight stay tax of the city of Schwerin is included.

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.
