Country house near the Schaalsee

The house is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphaerenreservat. It is 10 km to Schaalsee, 5 km to Neuenkirchen Lake, 50 km to the Baltic Sea (traffic jam-free!!!). From the house you can start directly for cycling tours, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous run.

Our vacation home is located directly on Lake Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It was completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor downstairs, upstairs wooden floor, underfloor heating Functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with a dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The property is over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with a jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and a 15,000 m² garden and courtyard. Both apartments have a separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but cannot be reached by public transportation. There is no Wi-Fi! But a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons! Do not bring animals
