Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

The apartment is located in a vacation home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is close to the SwissHolidayPark leisure and spa complex in the Stoos ski and hiking area. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and large terrace with view on lake and mountains. The house is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Studio with great views and patio

Lucerne at your feet, the Rigi opposite, the Pilatus just above, the hiking trail right behind the garden - that's how we live! We have a great view, but also about 70 steps to the studio. In addition, our studio is quietly located on the edge of Kriens. By public transport, it is a bit difficult to get to us or to the city. If steps and edge location do not bother you, you will certainly feel comfortable in our cozy studio.

Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Modern 2.5 room duplex apartment

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
