Monthly Rentals in Scio Township

We had an amazing stay at Anthony and Nick's spacious studio in Ann Arbor. The location was perfect, especially for attending the nearby beer festival. The space had all the amenities we needed, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The parking and location overall was safe and convenient,and within walking distance to many great restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Ann Arbor!

This was a great place to stay with our doggos for three nights! Check in was easy and all amenities listed were easily accessible. They even had some extras that we don't see in most Airbnb 's!

Lisa and Phil have an amazing place and go above and beyond as hosts! They had fresh pastries, fruit, and flowers waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pantry essentials and cooking gear. The property is immedicable and exemplifies Phil's wood-working craftsmanship. We took full advantage of the hot tub and also a tour of Phil's downstairs wood shop. While initially concerned about the train, we found it an exciting perk and our sleep was never disturbed even without ear plugs. We were lucky enough to be able to stay for 2 weeks and will definitely be recommending the "lodge" to friends and family!
