Great little feel-good house with cool furniture and wonderful views!

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Tobia's house is very special. You can still read and feel the old farmhouse, we loved that the house is still in the process and not everything is turned into a vacation home until it was unrecognized. It was perfect for us as a group of 8 people, we were with our teenage children and their friends. The bathrooms are great, there are three toilets, we enjoyed sitting in the Engadine parlor in the evening and playing games, reading, looking out the window. Tschlin is a quiet, very nice village with very friendly people, we always had a nice conversation with the user of the Butia (small food mat), we were eating in the Ustaria Tschlin (extremely good food!) and enjoyed walks through the village and the hike above the village after skiing. Tobias was a pleasant host, always available and helpful, thank you Tobias!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply to unwind. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the highlight of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

After 3 years, I returned to this extremely neat and simple cottage. Right here I found what I needed so much: absolute peace and quiet, simplicity, direct proximity to the forest and its animals...and not to forget the wonderful hostess, the cat Minuna - she still lives here, what happiness. I looked forward to daily firing and cooking at the wood stove, the quiet and starry nights, the encounters with different birds and animals in the nearby forest. After a day, I was already far away from my everyday life and lived totally slow through the days. So I sometimes recovered very quickly from my not quite cured flu. The contact with AnnaMaria was very warm and straightforward. In Lü, I was able to try one of their incredibly tasty cakes. One thing I know now - I'm sure I won't wait 3 years for the next visit to this house!

Our stay was truly unforgettable in a private and evocative context. We really appreciated the barbecue and the sauna, which made relaxation even better. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

The apartment is very nice and stylish. It's a real feel-good place. The location is great for various activities and the village is beautiful. The hosts are also very friendly, you feel right at home.

Without exaggeration, the cleanest apartment we have ever seen. It feels like a first move-in. In addition, everything is furnished with accuracy and care. It's all there: from plastic wrap, to paprika spice, to fuel paste for the caquelon. The furnishings spare nothing, the chairs are by Vitra, the coffee cups by Bodum. The view of the Grisons mountains is fabulous and the location practical: You can take the elevator to the Coop, so to speak, is right in the center of Scuol, yet the mountain station and train station are only one bus station or 7 minutes away by foot. The apartment has only 2.5 rooms, but is generously sized, we had enough space here with three children. Sure, the sofa bed is not quite as comfortable as an ordinary double bed, but from the living room you have an unobstructed view of the starry Grisons night sky. Also, the communication was great. Five stars!

The location of the studio in the center of Scuol is great and it is very clean. From the beautiful balcony you can see the mountains and down to the village. Dominic always responded quickly and was very friendly and uncomplicated. Thanks for the stay!

We were very excited about the apartment! Great location and quiet, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and we love the place Scuol anyway. A big plus for us was the swimming pool, which we used after every hike. Thank you Julia and Christian for the great stay!

We became aware of Lavin a few years ago and spontaneously felt comfortable there. That's why we booked this beautiful apartment a year in advance and didn't regret it. Steivan informed us in good time that the apartment was available earlier in the day. When we arrived, all rooms were cozy, warm, sparkling clean and tidy - we felt at home from the first minute. Since I love to cook and bake, it was a special pleasure that there is very good kitchen equipment, which I also liked to use every day. The bathroom, with the spacious shower and bathtub, is also a pleasure after a day of skiing or hiking. We were lucky again with the weather, so we were able to use the terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains a few times. We also immediately organized with Steivan to get access to the guest cards. Unfortunately, you can only drive to Ardez with it, to Scuol it costs extra. Clear recommendation!!! Grazia fich!!!

We enjoyed it very much. Ardez is an old Engadine village, yet full of life. Meta's house and apartment are decorated in the Engadine style. Less suitable for people with mobility issues due to some steps. Meta is a good host, always approachable and helpful.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was immediately found for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the area. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Fantastic place and location. Fully equipped place. Beautiful village, a few bus minutes away from the train station further down in the valley. Hardly any cars allowed near the location so very calm and pleasant. Will certainly return.

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's accommodation! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

Stayed in the B&B for only one night to enjoy the hot springs and a high mountain walk. Accurate welcome with flexible hours and plenty of directions to the surroundings. Sleep was very comfortable also thanks to the quiet location and mountain air. Definitely recommended even for larger groups.

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

We had a super great time staying with Matteo and his father on the Alp. The location was perfect for us to cycle. We also loved the proximity to the animals (cows and dogs). Communication was super easy. What you should just know is if someone is in the second apartment, it is very easy to hear. Due to the location, it also has a lot of flies. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the break very much.
