Fabulous few days staying at The Annexe. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there for you. Clean and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Beautiful place with lovely views. Debbie and Derek are wonderful hosts, always on hand for advice on places to visit and to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautifully and efficiently furnished place. I was on a bike ride. Bike could be parked in the small courtyard. Located in the middle of a residential area. The room was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. Everything for a night's stay was there.

A very well thought out and good accommodation for 2. Everything you could reasonably need and very clean. The hostLloyd was very responsive and met us on arrival and gave us a walk through which is always very useful. The property is slightly out of the way , the advantage being peaceful and quiet but with a car you are 5 minutes from Seaton , Beer etc. Would definitely consider another stay if in this part of the world again.

The flat is wonderful. We usually opt for option with garden or outdoor space, but we didn't miss it here at all. Nicely decorated, clean, enough space for our family. Matt gave us clear instructions for access and a lot of tips for visits and local restaurants even before our arrival. This is how all Airbnbs should be! Absolute 5* service.
