Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seaview

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

Had a long weekend here. House was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Well located for Seagrove Bay and Seaview village within a 10-15 minute walk. Parking is close by but can be competitive! There is a reserved space for the house though. I'd recommend to any larger groups visiting the island, and would happily stay again.

absolute gem literally home from home . lovely seaside cottage with literally everything in it that you could possibly want or need . I will definitely be booking stephs home in the near future and I highly recommend it to friends and family it was spot on in every way ... and we were left the most gorgeous rock cakes . fabulous . perfect.

The location was perfect .. Closer to the Village yet still walkable to the beach .. house was ultra modern .. beautifully furnished , high quality crockery , glasses etc . Beds were super comfy and beautiful high quality bed linen . The outdoor space was perfect for the dog , would have loved a hot tub rather than a sauna ..( just saying 🤣) Great bathrooms huge showers .. will definitely re book

What a wonderful stay at the Little Blue house. There was lots to entertain our little ones and the sleeping arrangements worked well with the bunk bed! The house is very clean and the shower is great (as is the bath!). It’s a quiet area but within easy reach of all that you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The walks in to town were easy and likewise to the beach. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on the Isle of Wight. Located in a stunning Georgian building, the space is full of character with impressively high ceilings, large windows, and breathtaking sea views. The apartment is cosy, thoughtfully decorated with great taste, and equipped with everything a traveller could possibly need. It was also perfect for staying with our toddler – a travel cot was provided, which made things so much easier. The location couldn’t be better: just a stone’s throw from both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Amazing place to stay, my partner and I found the location really easily. Paul would always respond in a timely manor and overall was a great experience!

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

My partner, our baby and I had a lovely stay in Ventnor, this apartment is right next to the sea with beautiful views and great surroundings. Brownies on arrival were a great touch and the apartment had everything you could need; it was clean, modern and spacious. The sunlight comes in early in the bedrooms so keep this in mind if travelling with babies or young children as we had a few very early starts! Parking is great with a free car park up the hill and a paid one at the top, and the shops are only a short walk away. Patsy was very quick to respond and had some great restaurant recommendations for our stay!

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

A great location, incredible view from the bed of the pier and sea. Very nice and clean flat. Comfortable firm bed. Great shower and well equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach and Flamingo is a really nice and reasonably priced cafe/restaurant in between the beach and apartment. Very helpful and nice hosts. Would recommend every time and we will be going back again in the summer.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful and a pleasure to stay in.

Just come back from a two night stay, we had a restful time and enjoyed the close proximity to the town. The weather was unfortunately disappointing but it didn’t dampen our spirits. The home baked chocolate treats were a warm welcoming surprise, as was the Prosecco and crisps. Everything about our stay was just what we needed and we will definitely look you up when we next visit to make a booking

Ian’s place was absolutely gorgeous. A very spacious and modern apartment on the top floor with a wrap around balcony. We had an amazing few nights here and couldn’t fault it. There’s free parking on the street which was easy to find a spot. The flat is in an amazing location which is fairly quiet and walking distance to the beach or town centre.
