The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

The sofa bed allows two people to sleep (140 cm), while the mezzanine (120 cm) can accommodate two children or an adult. ⚠️ From September 7, work will take place in the residence. The balcony will be unusable and noise is to be expected. A 25% discount is applied.
