Perfect place to stay with friends and family, large living room and dining table. Quiet in the countryside and close to the super market, I recommend it!

Very pleasant stay on the Landes coast. Accommodation located in the Pierre&Vacances in the immediate vicinity of a large swimming pool and a 10-minute bike ride to beaches and shops. Well-equipped house (plancha and umbrella very appreciated for the summer period). Impeccable bedding. Baby equipment available. Frédéric and Laurence are very friendly and responsive hosts. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Les Landes.

Impeccable accommodation, ultra clean, functional, very modern furniture, the decoration is tastefully done. The kitchen is so nice. The provision of books, board games or toys for toddlers is very much appreciated. For us, there was nothing missing. It's a charming little house. Congratulations to the owner. Perfect accommodation for a small family, the children can play in the garden. Super furnished and very clean. By car you can reach all beaches etc. very quickly. Top location...we felt very comfortable.

Perfect flexibility for check-in and checkout. Very beautiful house in a quiet area, perfectly matches the descriptions. Very nice welcome with small gift basket. Very good living spaces, living room, very well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and good bedding. In short, we recommend it, we will return to this rental for our next stay in the Basque country.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome, showing us all the amenities and controls. The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool and it is only a short drive to the local beaches. Would heartily recommend.

Marc's apartment was very well located, few steps away from the city center and the large beach. We were able to discover great restaurants on the same street. The street is pretty calm. We had a lovely stay and thank Marc for the welcome and availability. This place is a rare find if you want to spend a few days in Biarritz and be close to the city center!

Ideal location next to the market halls and the Nive. Carefully decorated apartment. In the hyper center, so you have to provide parking, without any problem but it is also a budget to plan. Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

The master suite is as described, our hosts are friendly and welcoming. The pool after 800 km of motorcycling in the heat did us the greatest good! The garage for motorcycles is very convenient. The very hearty breakfast with Marie's jams, in front of the pool on the terrace was fabulous! Recommended

Very stylish, clean, and laid-back accomodation, perfectly located just outside Biarritz with easy parking. Geoffrey, his family and team are warm, welcoming and charming people, and the food was great. Sadly didn’t have time to join the group for a surf session, but heard only good things – next time for sure!
