Situated near Hossegor lake (500m) and near Seignosse beaches (700 from Estagnot beach), this studio flat is perfect for two people. Its balcony has a nice view over the pine trees. 5 minutes walk from convenience stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). Its configuration: little room (bed 140cm, )bright living room (1 sofa) and balcony with table, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, fridge, electric hob, micro wave, ...), shower room with toilets.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.

My place is on the marina, close to restaurants and various activities, the coastal bike path passes at the foot of the apartment. In summer, a free shuttle takes you to the beach.
