We had a short stay but storing as many exceptional images as possible thanks to the magnificent view of the Rhune to Seignosse! The top floor brings the expected calm. The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space right next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all the amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi connection would be appreciated.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.

A big thank you to Valérie for her welcome, kindness and benevolence. My daughter and I had a great time. The studio is very nice, the terrace is a real plus. The location is simply ideal, close to the beach and restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

Very good stay in this large apartment with a view of the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. The two patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Despite my misunderstanding of the check-in instructions, Olivier was very understanding and kind. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the location matches the description. Everything was super clean on arrival; we only stayed one night but the apartment was well equipped and functional for a longer stay.

The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes by bike from the beach. We had a wonderful weekend with our family and our two children. the house is faithful to the description, very well equipped and functional. The environment is quiet and the terrace is very nice. the hosts were flexible with schedules and very welcoming.
