As a general rule, we cook the rice on-site, use the highest-quality shari rice, and serve the sushi freshly made right in front of the guests, piece by piece. Please be sure to let us know in advance if the venue does not have kitchen facilities, dishes, etc. In such cases, there may be some dishes that we are unable to serve. In addition to Tokyo and Saitama City, I am also available for business trips to more distant locations such as Karuizawa and Atami. In such cases, there may be additional travel expenses, so please discuss this with us when making your reservation. If you would like to book more than one month in advance, please email us.
