Beautiful And Spacious Fully Renovated Farmhouse

Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious home. Roku TV, fast internet, large yard where you can see the sunrise in the back of the home and the sunset in the front of the home. Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! Our new (March 2021) home was build specifically for becoming a Airbnb rental home. Designed for one or two families, each bedroom has its own large bath and views of the lake. Home offers amazing kitchen with every amenity including two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Two huge (1,500 sf) multilevel decks right above lake with eating areas, sitting areas, a hot tub, as well as a screened porch with hanging day beds.. Gas fireplace in family room, two washer/dryers and so much more.

We're on Lost Creek with 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 3 full baths, game room, 2 large decks, a dock with a Hydrohoist and Jet Ski lift. Our cove is off the main channel so no direct boat traffic. It's 10 minutes from Jack Daniels Distillery and the State Park with hiking/biking trails and the fabulous Bear Trace Golf Course. We're on a cul-de-sac in a secluded neighborhood with the best sunsets.
