Holiday rentals with breakfast in Siena

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. The space had everything I needed and more—clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Die Unterkunft ist ganz im Zentrum von Montepulciano gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Von dort aus kann man Montepulciano perfekt besichtigen und die Zeit genießen. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir haben nichts zu kritisieren. Wir haben nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort gehab und empfehlen Riccardos Unterkunft für alle, die Montepulciano besuchen wollen. Es war alles prima!

Lorenzo en Cristina zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het sfeervolle huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor de inwendige mens is heel goed gezorgd. De bus bij het ziekenhuis is heel gemakkelijk om snel naar en van het centrum te komen, kortom dit is een ideale plek om Firenze te verkennen. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

Absolutely perfect setting for our honeymoon! Anna was kind and extremely helpful. She even picked us up from the train station when we couldn't get a taxi and set up a taxi for us when we left. She answered all of questions immediately upon text. You couldn't find a better host.The view from the apartment was amazing! The apartment was so homey that we did not want to leave. We would recommend to everyone! We have been in four places and cities so far on our trip and Casa Ricci and Anna were the best experience we've had!

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Perfect apartment with a great host. Giorgio responds super fast and was extremely helpful before, and on arrival. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need. And it was pleasant even while it was more than 35 degrees outside. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would love to stay here again when visiting Florence.

Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques chez Flaminia. Le gîte est très joli, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le jardin est enchanteur, la vue est magnifique. Flaminia nous a régalé avec ses recettes home made, au diner et au petit déjeuner. Et le cours de cuisine était formidable : nous avons appris plein de choses, Flaminia a été très généreuse. Bref, c’est une excellente adresse pour ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits, les bonnes choses et les belles personnes.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

El lugar fue todo lo que esperábamos; la decoración muy tradicional, teníamos una increíble vista a los viñedos y también estábamos relativamente cerca del centro… se puede descansar muy bien porque los cuartos aíslan por completo la luz y no hay ruido. Alessandro muy amable siempre y pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, nos recibió con snacks y café. Regresaríamos sin duda!

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Francesca’s B&B! Not an exaggeration that this is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Historic and authentic, with modern updates. The rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking and a great spot to watch the sunset over the vineyards. There are several restaurants right next door to the b&b, Divino, osteria di passignano, and Scuderia, all are fantastic and the osteria has a well deserved Michelin star. Breakfast was served every morning where you have a table reserved for your stay. Francesca was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything at all. We will absolutely be back!!

Ada was an amazing resource and helped us arrange transport from the train station, to our horseback riding excursion and back to the train station after we checked out. She had amazing restaurant recommendations and let us know about a special event happening at the Church of Santa Maria Della Scala that we really enjoyed seeing! You MUST stay here if you ever visit Sienna!

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

Ik weet niet hoe ik mijn verblijf bij Matteo en Serena anders kan omschrijven, dan het gevoel van thuiskomen. Ik kwam eerder aan dan we hadden afgesproken en ik werd toen meteen uitgenodigd voor de lunch met de familie. Ik voelde me zo welkom en dat gevoel werd gedurende mijn verblijf alleen maar groter. Ik heb nog nooit zulke gastvrijheid ervaren! Matteo is ook een geweldige kok, dus doe geen moeite om een restaurant in de omgeving te zoeken en eet ‘s avonds met ze mee. Bedankt Matteo & Serena voor het verblijf in jullie liefdevolle huis. Ik kan niet wachten om terug te keren!

Fantastisk sted, med smukke rolige omgivelser. Tusind tak for et fantastisk ophold – det var præcis, hvad vi trængte til. Ro, smuk natur og naturlige lyde. Og hvor heldig har man lov at være – at bo lige ved et rislende vandløb! Vi følte os både varmt modtaget og meget velkomne. Tak fordi vi måtte besøge vingården – det var en stor oplevelse. Poolen var skøn, og morgenmaden var et højdepunkt hver dag med nye, lækre kager. Beliggenheden er også helt perfekt – fredeligt, men stadig tæt på det hele. This property is a Tuscan heaven. The location is perfect for day trips out around the Siena region but so peaceful and quiet. Serena was incredible and runs the place so well. On top of all she does managing the property and its guests, she also cooks a delicious dinner! The breakfasts were huge and very tasty. We wanted for nothing. The pool is gorgeous and clean. What I really appreciated were all the places on the property where you could get away and enjoy the scenery, read, or nap in privacy. The room was very comfortable with amazing views, a comfortable bed, and AC that worked super well. I loved the character of the place - the farm dogs and cat, the donkeys and horse coming up in the evening, Serena’s husband’s art all over the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Next time!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!

This was our second stay here and couldn’t have been happier. The family that runs Agri. Casanova de Pescille are responsive, caring and just a delight to be around. Highly recommend anyone wanting to peaceful and relaxing place to stay with access to the many small towns in Toscana consider staying here. Grazie.
