In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

In unserem alten Bruchsteinhaus in Monschau-Höfen finden nun bis zu vier Naturliebhaber, Wanderfreunde oder Erholungsurlauber ihren Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist nur bedingt für Kinder unter 1 Jahr geeignet. Hierzu bitte ich um Vorabanfrage. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre auf dem großen Hof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace.
