The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Cozy little cottage in Grundsund

Welcome to stay in our cozy cottage in the middle of the village, only a five minute walk from the picturesque harbor, restaurants, shops and salty baths. The house is about 25 m2 and on the first floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and living area with a sofabed. There is a folding ladder that takes you up to the loft with two beds. You share garden with the main building but you have a private part of the garden and your own enclosed terrace.
