What a treat to get to enjoy Gunner’s historic and esthetically gorgeous house by the fjord. Everything was perfect, balancing high-end, understated luxury and natural, rugged materials. Truly one of the most unique and relaxing places to stay in Denmark, or anywhere for that matter. In addition, Gunner was a wonderful, helpful and friendly host.

We had a great time at Niels place. He and his co hosts were super helpful and flexible. A really wonderful place especially if you are bringing your kids. They can directly hop down to the beach and have the time of their life.

Josephine’s place is set in the most serene and peaceful area—the view is magical, and the yard is great for children to run and play. The inside is very charming and comfortable. We spent a lot of time exploring down at the beach, and wish we had more time there. If you want great views and a quiet retreat, this is the place :).

Our stay at Merete’s stunning seaside home was unforgettable. We didn’t want to leave. It was like stepping into a fairytale and we will definitely go back! We left feeling revived and inspired. Everything was wonderful and made our senses come alive. All amenities were perfect. Super comfy bed, kitchen was so well stocked and the shower was spa- like with door open to the fields and the sound of the wind in the dune grass 🥰 The surroundings were beyond breathtaking and the design and aesthetic of this truly Danish thatched cottage were simply beautiful and of great quality. It is so evident in all the small touches how much this space is loved by the owner ♥️ Merete was an impeccable host and left us the most thoughtful gifts on arrival 💕. I can’t wait to return.

Perfect place. House with view. Here is possible for a moment to leave real world. Because theres no TV and Wi Fi. So Leave your phone in car and take a rest in silence take a small restart in perfect conditions for that👍❤️ Loved this place.

An incredibly cozy and well-maintained cottage. There is everything you need both in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Very clean and tidy. We felt very welcome. Especially when we were welcomed with a personal card and cold drinks in the fridge. The cottage is as in the pictures, but actually seems more spacious than it looks. Perfect for a family like us with two adults and two girls aged 4 and 7. There was no need for the great communication with Anni and Jan, as everything just played, but they were good and informative in the messages we have written together. All in all, probably the best place we have visited via Airbnb (and that is gradually becoming a lot). The warmest recommendations of both the cozy house and of Anni and Jan.

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Great location with private parking. Lovely beds and all the interior seemed new. Plenty of towels available. We'd love to come again.

Everything was great. We loved our peaceful stay and very impressed with how clean and homely it was with many small details. Hedy and her husband was very nice and friendly people to chat with. We will definitely come back for our next time in Thy!

we arrived by motorcycle, so the beds were made and the towels were ready on the bed. PLUS there was cake and coffee ready when we arrive. Super delicious 🙂👍👍

Nice and peacefull location just out of town perfect for getting some rest. the house is amazing and has everything you will need. Flemming is a wondefull host aswell!

Stayed here as a base to visit family and old friends. We found it warm (Easter!), cosy, clean and equipped to a high standard. We appreciated the underfloor heating, huge bathroom with fantastic drenching shower, well-equipped kitchen and the off-street safe parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Location was excellent for us - just 5 mins drive off the motorway, a 20 min walk to the main shopping centre and a 25 min walk to the railway station. As always with our stays, it is an extra pleasure to actually meet our hosts (who live above) and Jane was charming, helpful and speaks very good English. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice little cozy apartment. Nice location close to forests and lakes and within walking distance of Silkeborg city center. Garden with a babbling brook. Friendly and welcoming host couple. A really nice place that can be highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very silent. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Helle was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived.

My favorite place in Thisted. It's really good, spacious, and in neat condition. And then it's central and you can park right next door. I'll be back.

We stayed very well at Berit's place. Easy communication and lovely surroundings. We enjoyed the morning coffee and the great view from the balcony. Had pancakes at “in the gentleman's field”, can be recommended (and remember to visit the 'museum for men Fur'😊)

Fantastic apartment, with several board games and cards. The kitchen has everything you need. The home is super clean and very charming - the beds are really good. Everything is perfect with Birthe. Check-in and check-out is flexible if there are no other guests on the way 🙏🏻 We'd love to come again.
