Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Skopelos

Perfect location, short walk to the port area and centrally located. The home was exactly like the pictures, lived well and our contact was very responsive when we had questions. Given the port/beach community, beach towels would have been nice to have available for guests. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

The house is in the heart of the beautiful old town. Prepare to get lost in the maze of ancient streets - it took us 3 days before we could remember the way home! There’s a lovely store just round the corner where you can buy essentials. Manolis and Sophia were attentive hosts - we appreciated fresh eggs and fruit left for us from Sophia’s garden. The house is immaculate and the balcony overlooks the rooftops and mountains and is a lovely place to sit. It’s not useable in the rain however (sadly we had some!) and the only other seating in the house is around the dining table. You can get to nearby Stafylos beach by bus (€2 single) or taxi (€10 one way). It’s a beautiful beach with a great taverna. We had a great stay and loved Skopelos - thank you.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à skopelos et en particulier de la villa où nous avons séjourné. Tout a fait conforme a la description, une situation privilégiée sans vis à vis, parfaitement entretenue. L accueil et le suivi de Manolis (et Chris) ont été parfaits (réactivité, gentillesse). Une voiture ou un scooter sont nécessaires compte tenu de la localisation un peu excentree, garante de tranquillité, en restant proche de la « ville ».

Lovely quirky little place, a great base to explore the island from on our 3 night stay on Skopelos. Shereen met us off the ferry. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of local information about places to eat and visit.

Machi was super sweet. She would check in on us through chat and ask if we needed anything. Had great advice on what to do and who to see. The place was very organized and clean. Loved that she left of us snacks and drinks, even beer for the hubby and wine for me. The shower is a bit compact and the stairs can be a bit much after walking all day but it was worth it.

This place was even better than we hoped. Manolis made it so easy by meeting us at the ferry and helping to arrange our taxis. The property is breathtakingly beautiful with all the fruit trees and flowers and herb garden overlooking the sea. The rooms were perfectly decorated and supplied with everything we needed. So comfortable and peaceful! The rocky beach down below was so pleasant and we loved the taverna. We definitely hope to be able to return!

A perfect experience! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and polite — and also very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. The house is charming, comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The region is absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Elia Cottage. Its a perfect location and setting - so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens. A car is definitely recommended to explore the island, but if you wanted a week of relaxation at the cottage it's not necessary. The cottage is perfect, with everything you could need, and more. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful, and the pool is such a treat. Sally is a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous little apartment, pretty well equipped, and Spyros is super quick to respond to queries, and provide anything you might need. Highly recommend

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

We had an amazing stay in the appartement! It has a very nice location, close to a beautiful beach and the town isn't too touristic. Still there are some small markets and restaurants. There is a bus passing the town very regularly in the summer time so it's also very easy to get around without a car. I would love to come back in the future :)

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο πέντε βράδια. Όλοι η οικογένεια ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Η Κατερίνα πάντοτε άμεση στην επικοινωνία,στη διάθεσή μας και ευγενική.Μας ενθουσίασε η θέα στο καταπράσινο βουνό και η ηρεμία. Το δωμάτιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ειδικά η κουζίνα, που παρέχει ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο.Σας ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

Wunderschönes, sehr gemütliches Studio in Skopelos Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und supernett! Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade, aber dennoch ist es abends nicht zu laut, weil die Fenster gut abdichten. Auf 2 Stockwerken verteilt (verbunden mit einer Holztreppe) ist es ein richtiges Zuhause, wo man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestsattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

"I have a dream" On the "Mamma-Mia-Island" our dream came true: Niko's apartment! We relaxed and enjoyed our stay so much. And we shed a small tear when we left. And our holidays were not finished..Breathtaking sunsets from the amazing terrace, Nikos and his lovely familiy: it's simply one of the best experiences at Airbnb we had. So good, that we first wanted to hide this ;-). But Nikos deserves a lot of bookings of nice people. So next time we have to book a bit earlier...;-)

Stathis was a great host! He greeted us very friendly and had many recommendations for us. The apartment is very good located and very nice. Stathis also has a great restaurant which is definitely worth going to. Overall we had an amazing time and he is a very welcoming host.

The apartment has the perfect location at the heart of busy Skiathos Town with great views of the harbour. It's just a short walk to any of the restaurants, bars, shops, taxis and bus. We instantly felt at home and loved the simple, greek inspired interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a great shower! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! In the perfect location right in the town with a view of the beautiful garden and ocean. The host Magda is so sweet and responsive! Skopelos is so beautiful and we were so thankful to have Magda as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful location with stunning views . I arrived late & Jaqueline was waiting for me , she was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly throughout the stay & nothing was too much trouble. . The apartment was clean & well equipped , close to troulos beach with a bus stop right at the bottom of the drive to Skiathos. The hill up to the apartment is a challenge but it kept me fit walking up it a few times a day. Highly recommend staying here & will definitely return. Thank you Jaqueline 😊

Martin und Lisa sind ein sehr liebes, sympathisches Ehepaar. Sehr humorvoll und wenn man Fragen hat, helfen sie gerne weiter. Leider hatten wir nach vier Tagen einen Motorrad Unfall und mussten den Urlaub abbrechen. Martin und Lisa haben uns so toll geholfen, wir alle waren sehr traurig. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es wäre ein so schöner Urlaub geworden, das Apartment liegt wunderschön in der Natur, sehr ruhig, super entspannt und entschleunigend. Für Ruhe suchende eine wirklich sehr angenehme Lokation mit einem tollen Besitzerpaar. Liebe Lisa, lieber Martin, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! Don't let the pictures mislead you - the place is actually more beautiful than it seems! The house is super comfortable and provides a overwhelming view to the city. The host is extremely welcoming and supportive. It was a cute haven for my trip in Skopelos.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto con lavastoviglie in caso di necessità. Bell'attico corrispondente perfettamente alle foto anche se un pò piccolo. Peccato che il bagno avesse poca aerazione a causa solo di una piccola finestrella e che lo scarico della doccia non funzionasse a dovere.
