Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Skopelos

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Katerina made sure that we felt comfortable at all times. Right at the beginning, she gave us tips, but above all, the accommodation was always perfectly clean, towels and bed linen were changed regularly. And if we didn't wash our breakfast dishes, it was always done when we returned from our excursions. Katerina and her family were always ready for a warm conversation. A little olive oil from our own production was available at the beginning, and a small pretty farewell gift was hanging on the door on the way back. We can say that this house with its personal charm has more than exceeded our expectations. We say thank you for the wonderful time and can absolutely recommend the accommodation 😊

Mata was wonderful, the best host we've had! She's very kind, attentive, she gave us great recommendations and exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, every little detail shows the love and dedication with which Mata cares for it. Every space delicately perfumed and the whole house was impeccably clean. The porch/terrace is a great space for eating and spending time with family and has a great view of the sea. The island is beautiful and the house is very well located, near the port, the center of the town, and the bus station. Every beach we went to was beautiful and not too far away. Even though there are a few stairs to climb to get there, the view from the house is worth the climb. There are also some stairs inside the house so people with reduced mobility should be aware of that. We had an incredible time in Skiathos and at Mata's place, if you had the goodluck to find this house dont doubt it! It's worth it. Both Mata and the house are a 100!

Panagiota's mother met us to show us into the house, but Panagiota was always available at the end of the phone. The house was perfect, having everything we could need, and the terrace was the perfect place to relax under the parasol. Ideally located with an easy walk into the centre of the village for restaurants, bakery etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house.

What a beautiful place! Dimitris' place is very spacious and comfortable. A wonderful location- private, but close to everything. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

First time in Alonnissos and I felt like home. Aristea, the owner was always there for any questions of mine. I found the house quite easily. Its location was magnificent with a lovely view and the neighborhood was quiet but close at the same time to bars and cafes. Last but not least, the house was very clean and nicely decorated . Highly recommended!

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

Fabulous little apartment, pretty well equipped, and Spyros is super quick to respond to queries, and provide anything you might need. Highly recommend

Very good communication! Sweet and kind hosts! Great location! The view from the apartment is of a beautiful bay! Within walking distance of the center and the port with restaurants and bars! 5 minutes from the bus stop to all the remote beaches! The bakery on the first floor of the building, which belongs to the owners, offers delicacies for everyone!Very pleasant stay! We'll be back to this place! It's worth it! Thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful spot by the water. Peaceful and worth every penny.

My husband and I stayed for one week in this magical place. We were greeted from the ferry by Manolis, who was a wonderful host. The villa is surrounded by garden and has plenty of private parking if you want to rent a scooter or car. Outside of the kitchen, living room and master bedroom there are double doors leading out onto the veranda where seating areas have been thoughtfully placed. Inside is cool and tastefully decorated. There is air conditioning should you need it, and two large double bedrooms, both with bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, with a coffee machine. The villa has been finished to a very high standard and beautifully furnished. The town of Skopelos is a short walk away, as is the port. Closer still are cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at this house! The view from the porch is incredible, you can see the whole of Skopelos city on the hillside and the water of the port. It was so lovely to spend time on that porch any time of day. The house itself is very charming and comfortable, I would think it would be a great choice for a family as well (we stayed there as two friends in our 20s)! About a 10-15 minute walk down to the main port area and easy parking at the property if you rent a car. The host came to give us new linens every other day. The water pressure of the shower was low and be aware that it is a hand held shower head instead of one mounted to the wall. Otherwise everything went smoothly and comfortably and we had a great time in Skopelos. Thank you so much!

Nice location for a family holiday !

big house in a really Quiet place in the woods but with normal road and 2 restaurants wigh fantastic view. as it is on the hill there was fantastic temperature during the night even during the day there were 35 degrees. also terrace for having meal outside. some furniture are a little old, but the accomodation is well equipped

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The view was absolutely gorgeous ! The home and flowers beautiful ! The host were amazing ! Meeting us at the port was so helpful! And Grandpa getting us eggs so kind and thoughtful ! Would definitely recommend and we will go back to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nina and would thoroughly recommend this house. Andonis couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us lots of tips for places and restaurants to visit around the island. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views over Skopelos town. We arrived on Saturday evening and were very impressed that the owner had left us the ingredients for an evening meal, a bottle of wine and lots of delicious home grown fruit. We fell in love with Skopelos and will definitely be back to this villa.

A stunning villa with a gorgeous view of the sea, which is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. Christina was very friendly and welcoming and provided a great list of beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again.

WOW, WOW, WOW This place is just so beautiful, we didn't want to go home. We stayed for 8 nights in May. The weather was perfect - not quite full season yet so it was peaceful and quite. The location is the best. A short 5 min drive into Glossa where we enjoyed morning coffee and many meals in the restaurants there. It is a lovely quaint town where you can just sit and watch the world go by. The views from the villa could not be better - you can see the port, the mountain side with all the houses and of course the sae and other islands - just stunning. We would go back in heartbeat. The villa is like they say - beautifully done with everything you need. the layout just works so brilliantly. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen where there is everything you could want and what a view we had whilst eating. The island of Skopelos is stunning - we loved driving round the island. The roads are so good and every corner is another picture postcard view. Hosts are amazing!

We had an excellent stay at the villa. Amazing views, quiet location, decent-sized pool for the family. All the necessary equipment in the kitchen was there as well as useful aircon during hot summer nights. I would recommend without hesitation.
