The cottage is 12.5 m2 x 2 containing a kitchenette and living room as well as a small toilet with shower (1.1x1.3 m) on the ground floor. In the kitchen area, there is a sink, fridge, stove, coffee maker and kettle. In the sleeping loft, which you reach via a narrow spiral staircase, there is a double bed. Note: low ceiling height, to ridge about 1.60 cm. There is access to a private patio with barbecue grill (including charcoal), two "brasse chairs," parking for car or bicycle. Two bicycles are also available for rent at no extra cost.

Lillstugan

Detached house on a farm 8 km from the centre of Falkenberg. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmens Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the junction. In the large room there is a kitchen area with a dishwasher. There are two single beds placed. One half staircase up there are two beds. Downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller respectively a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).
