Holiday rentals with lake access in Soisy-sous-Montmorency

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Small but nice, quiet studio (one flight of stairs down, its shore, bike and sidewalk). Protected, enclosed terrace with furniture/umbrella/tables/bike parking. Bed super, towel change offered. Very friendly, extremely fast and helpful communication. Aldi and boulangerie 500 m, Champs elysee 12 km by bike, gare l'est 9.5 km, Eiffel Tower 13 km. Very nice hosts*******

Jeremie's house is definitely more beautiful than the one in the photos. A beautiful garden and a clean interior. It's a peaceful place a little out of the city.

Really loved the style of Ana’s place. Lots of character and very roomy, was great for my family. Ana herself was really kind and communicative when we needed help. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We had a good stay at Bergine. The small private terrace with table and chairs was nice with the sun. The proximity to the train station is convenient. The owners are welcoming, helpful and very kind

I had a great stay at Madame Lamia's. The apartment was clean, quiet and perfectly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and she was very accommodating, especially for the departure schedule, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during a future visit to the region. Thank you again for your kind hospitality!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

Wahiba was a wonderful host…always communicative and flexible. I knew I could always ask any questions. The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I’m back in Paris, I will try to book the apartment again.

Amazing stay near Paris!

We (family with two children) were very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was available, from coffee to shampoo to toys, and very clean. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available to be reached. Check-in and check-out worked reliably and smoothly. The location is quiet and yet well connected, so that you can easily reach all sights by public transport. The metro is within walking distance. If the path is too long for small children's legs or after a day out, the bus stop is just around the corner.

Sophie was an outstanding host and her apartment was an incredible place to stay. Two friends and I based ourselves there for a few days of sightseeing, shopping and catching up in Paris. The apartment was the perfect place to get acquainted with a delightful and cool neighbourhood. It was easy to get everywhere but also worth staying out, so many cool places right there. Sophie was very communicative and provided excellent advice and recommendations. Highly recommend!

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

We loved Barbara's little house! It is cool in the hot season, which is very appreciable. Everything was perfect - the advice, the welcome, the communication, the place - and we were able to enjoy this beautiful region for a weekend. We would gladly come back in winter to enjoy the fireplace!

A lovely house in a beautiful setting in the middle of the woods. Our kids loved the pond with boat. Juana and Eric live across the street so help if needed. Recommended.

Great stay at Adrien's. A caring host and very good advice for discovering the region. The garden is absolutely beautiful, as is the welcome.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.
