The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Haus auf zwei Ebenen auf unserem Bauernhof. Erdgeschoss: Ausgestattete Küche. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Couch (ausklappbar), einen Esstisch, TV und einen Holzofen für kalte Wintertage und ein WC. Der Schlafraum wird über eine Leiter erreicht. Ein großes Bett (180x200) und ein normales (90x200) sowie ein Bad mit einer Badewanne sind vorhanden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Baustelle. Parken vor dem Haupthaus, Wlan und Satellitenfernsehen vorhanden. Keine Hunde erlaubt!
