House sleeps up to 8 with 2 bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Poshi Place is a charming home, only 3 1/2 miles from Kyle Field & is also convenient to Legends and the Rellis & Blinn Campus. The downstairs mstr bdrm has a Qn bed & private bath. The 3 bdrms upstairs each have Qn beds. For families w/children, there is a highchair, pack 'n play, toys, books & 2 playgrounds within a 5 min walk. The larger, Villa West Park, also has tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, grills & picnic tables. We also have the Poshi Pick rental next door, that sleeps 9.

Approx 5 miles from town, quiet, very few neighbors, 2 catch/release ponds, 10 acres with trails in woods and creek to explore. 2 golf greens approx 115yds apart, horseshoes, grill and firepit wood too! Brenham Golf 1mi. for 18 Holes, 12 min to Deep in the Heart, 30 min RT, 40 min CS! We have a sweet and friendly female Belgium Sheppard on the property. Please leave her outside of home. Plenty of things to cook for breakfast in kitchen. Milk, eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, biscuits, etc.
