Enjoy this charming 48 m2 vacation home located in Soustons beach (Lac de Vieux-Boucau 500 m away and Soustons beaches 1.5 km away) that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located close to the beaches, the lake and the 9-hole Pinsolle golf course. This small peaceful haven is located in a holiday residence, totally secure with swimming pool and paddling pool (open mid-May to end of September), 3 tennis courts, mini-golf, city park, bowling alley, children's playground.

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.
