Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Impeccable accommodation, great location

Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and the beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) AND the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our arrival, our stay and our departure!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stéphanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Lovely very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, good bedding. Very quiet development. Close to Hossegor and Seignosse, their beaches and restaurants! Less than 1 hour for Bayonne and Biarritz. Not to mention Spain! We made the most of our week!

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Léa's place. Our arrival was easy and smooth thanks to the instructions given by Léa as well as thanks to the availability of Nathalie who told us where the parking was (at the bottom of the apartment, what more could you ask for?). Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and had all the basic necessities: toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sheets and towels. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for stays: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes… nothing was missing! The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: the beach, the lake, the shops, a bike rental store... The quality/price ratio of the accommodation is really great, you can't find better. We are more than delighted with the accommodation and Léa's availability. We look forward to the opening of reservations for 2026!

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to stay longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips for the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very nice, the beach behind the dune is also nice. We also did a lot of cycling, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

The stay went very well, in a large campsite with lots of activities available. At the very beginning of the season so very quiet and pleasant. The location of the listing is ideal with a nice view! The directions to our arrival were very clear, we picked up the keys from a lockbox without any problems.

Thank you Jean-Philiphe and Violetta for hosting us. Friendly and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. Ideally located for discovering the Basque country and the Landes. The village of Hastingues is nice to discover, quiet. Just remember to take a good mosquito repellent, the proximity to the gaves brings some. We recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises.

The place was lovely and so peaceful! We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and without any vis-a-vis, a real jewel in a green setting. Chantal is a very welcoming host, she informed us very well, the communication was very fluid and she is very flexible. I would definitely recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.

Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay – everything was exactly as described and we felt completely comfortable. Framboise is a wonderful host: warm, attentive and always trying to make sure her guests don't miss anything. We really appreciated their friendly welcome and communication. A small note for tall people: The bed is a little tight for two people with a lot of body size – for my partner at 1.95 m it was not quite ideal, as of course I also had to use it.
