This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Quartier calme, à proximité à pied de la mer, des restaurants; 6 personnes logent confortablement. Les planches de surf, bouées, vélos....pourront être rangés. A pied d'oeuvre des randonnées, l'Espagne, l'arrière-pays.

Very comfortable cozy apartment, ideal for a pleasant stay between ocean and nature. 5 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Seignosse and Hossegor by car and 20 minutes from Bayonne. Linens are provided. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. Seaside atmosphere for this 20 m² studio in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest, 3 km from the beach, close to all shops, with 4 beds (mezzanine and sofa bed), an equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy the outdoor space to have your meals under the umbrella. I will be present at each stage of your stay at my home for a personalized and friendly welcome. And starting in April 2023, air conditioning will cool your nights.

The Annex: quiet A/C kitchen. Pool, bikes

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Basic kitchen with dishes. Coffee maker with capsules, tea and sugar to help out the first morning. Bakery and convenience store 100 m away, open every day. Bikes loaned! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.

In a green property, charming little cocooning studio for weekend or vacation enthusiasts in the countryside by the sea. Independent of our house, it is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, Wi-Fi and a 160 cm sofa bed.
