During the winter period, heating costs are extra. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and beach access.

Close to the lake (300 meters) and the beach (1200 meters), our 50 m2 3-bedroom salt villa is ideally located. The forest is directly accessible when leaving the residence. Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
